PRIVATE DINING , if you are wishing to hold a private event in one of our Banqueting rooms . We offer the following Menu selection for you to choose from. The same menu selection is required for your total party.

STARTERS

  • Asparagus and Mushroom Feuilette
  • Duck Liver Parfait with a spiced Orange compote
  • Layered Salmon Terrine on a Cucumber salad with a Lemon and Watercress dressing
  • Chilled Melon Fan with a Fruit sorbet or Fresh orange and Grapefruit segments
  • Courgette Soup with a Lemon and Dill cream
  • Tomato Soup with shredded Basil

MAIN DISHES

  • Roast Sirloin of Beef with Yorkshire pudding
  • Poached Chicken breast on wilted Leeks with a Sherry Sauce
  • Seared Salmon with sauce Veloute Tomatoes and Chives
  • Pan fried breast of Chicken with a smoked bacon and mushroom sauce
