PAVILION DINNER MENU

The Pavilion Restaurant offers a wide range of different dining options. The Dinner Menu is available Monday-Saturday 7.00p.m. - 9.30 p.m. ( on some Saturdays the Restaurant is used for private Receptions and on some Fridays a Diary of Events function may be programmed , for details see side page Diary of Events) , For information and Reservations Telephone 01444 451 565.

TWO COURSES  16.95  (Monday-Thursday)

THREE COURSES  19.95 ( Monday - Thursday)

                                    17.95 ( Friday-Saturday )

STARTERS 

  • Chefs Home made Soup of the Day
  • Chicken Liver parfait with toasted brioche and Port preserve
  • Fanned Galia melon with fresh figs  (v) 
  • Smoked Haddock on Caesar salad
  • Goats cheese and Mediterranean vegetable salad
  • Seared Gravadlax on herb salad with chive creme fraiche

MAIN COURSE

  • Braised English Beef with baked onion , parsnip puree and chateau potatoes
  • Baked Salmon fillet with lemon and fresh herbs served on buttered spinach
  • Daily Chef Special
  • Pan fried English Fillet  steak with fondant potato , sauteed wild mushrooms and tarragon jus .  5.00 supplement
  • Pan fried Pork loin steak with caramelised apple
  • Chicken breast marinated in garlic , lemon , and  mint with crisp leaf salad
  • Roast leg of Lamb with mint gravy 
  • Saffron Tagliatelle with roast peppers and asparagus spears   (v) 
  • Seafood Brochette , Monkfish, Scallop, and Salmon with New potatoes and citrus herb salad  . 3.00 supplement

All main courses are accompanied by Potato and Vegetables which compliment the dish. If you require additional Vegetables or Salad these are charged at 2.50
